Why We March

Modern science does not require animal suffering.

Animals continue to suffer in laboratories despite the availability of modern, proven, human-relevant research methods.

For fourteen days, we will walk from Albany to Marshall BioResources to shine a light on the animals hidden from public view and demand a future where scientific progress no longer depends on animal suffering.

The Tipping Point

The end of animal testing is within reach.

Beagles inside a kennel enclosure.

Better science

Human-relevant methods can be faster, more precise, and more useful than outdated animal models.

Public pressure

Investigation, legal pressure, media attention, and citizens showing up have already changed outcomes.

Political action

The campaign asks leaders to end federal funding for animal experimentation and increase accountability.

What Comes Next

The march ended. The movement keeps moving.

Volunteer to help organize one of four campaigns and build the next action for every animal still hidden from view.

The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated.
